Magic With A Smile is an EP from the hardcore punk band Illusion.
The title track is the first track on the record and it'll leave you with a good impression. I love the intro to this. I love the guitar tone in general it's not too overdriven and creates a good base layer to build the song around from the intro.
Getting right to it playing with speed and jagged a jagged guitar almost introduction midway through to the intro.
The lyrics "why can't I live before I die" ring out as these groovy drums are in the background that make you want to move.
This band is definitely one to keep eyes on as how refined this EP is and it's 100% worth it for checking these guys out.
